We are looking for business card (so plastic cards sized) mini CD\'s. The master CD I will provide and I would like to have this replicated. I need pricing for the following quanties: 5,000 10,000 20,000 Please confirm pricing is including printing, and number of colors. Please also mention whether setup fees or other costs apply. Currently I am interested in mini business cards CD\'s, but I would also like to know whether you can offer DVD business cards too? If so please quote me on the same quantities
